What to bring
Please travel lightly. Guests are asked to bring just an overnight bag on tour. Casual clothing according to the season is sufficient. Being a coastal region, evenings are often much cooler than day time temperatures. Shorts and light shirts for summer, warmer clothing is recommended for winter. Sturdy, comfortable walking shoes, wide brimmed hat or cap, sun protection and insect repellent as well as appropriate wind and rain protection gear. Umbrellas are unsuitable due to occasional windy conditions.
Fitness and Walks
Passengers should be of reasonable health with a moderate level of fitness. Walks are not very demanding but are conducted over uneven surfaces. Please make sure to wear appropriate footwear. For guests in wheelchairs we recommend a private charter.
Children on Tour
We are pleased to accept bookings from families with children, although we recommend not to take children under the age of 7 on an escorted 4x4 tour. Please make sure to communicate childrens' ages at time of booking. We will provide appropriate child or booster seats if needed. For child rates, please contact us. If touring with children under the age of 3 years, private charter is required.
